REFUND POLICY

 

If a user purchases an item from StoryWagon.com that is not as described by StoryWagon.com, the user's sole and exclusive remedy is to return such item in an unused condition for a refund of the purchase price within three (3) days of receipt. Eligible refunds will generally be made to your original form of tender. Exception to this policy follows.

REFUND POLICY EXCEPTION

StoryWagon PAL Club Membership can be cancelled for a full refund within three (d) days of joining. After three (3) days StoryWagon PAL Club Membership is non-refundable.
